- Welcome to JetShine Aviation. By booking our aircraft detailing services or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
- We provide aircraft detailing services including, but not limited to, exterior washing and polishing, interior cleaning, carpet extraction, cockpit cleaning, lavatory sanitation, and last-minute/emergency cleaning.
2. Scheduling & Access
- Customers must ensure aircraft access at the scheduled time.
- If access is delayed, additional wait time fees may apply.
- We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.
3. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, card, Jobber invoices.
- Any unpaid balances are subject to late fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customer must disclose any special requirements or restrictions prior to service.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects.
6. Liability
- We take the utmost care, but we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Intellectual Property
- All text, images, and branding on this website are owned by JetShine Aviation and may not be copied without permission.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 25% service fee.
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
3. Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If service is not performed due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Emergency & Last-Minute Services
- Emergency requests are non-refundable once confirmed.
